Terms and Conditions

2.1 Registration: Event registration is confirmed only upon successful payment processing through our payment gateway (Razorpay).

2.2 Payment: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or other methods supported by Razorpay.

2.3 Payment Security: All payment information is processed securely through Razorpay. Club Connect does not store any payment card details.

3.1 Cancellation by Attendee: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

3.2 Event Cancellation: If Club Connect cancels an event, attendees will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.

3.3 Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund within 3 days of the rescheduling announcement.

3.4 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4.1 Admission: Entry to the event is subject to presentation of a valid registration confirmation (email or QR code).

4.2 Capacity: Events have limited capacity. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.3 Transfer: Event registrations are non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from Club Connect.

4.4 Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Club Connect reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed inappropriate without refund.

5.1 Information Collection: We collect personal information including name, email, phone number, and company details for event registration purposes.

5.2 Information Use: Your information will be used to facilitate event attendance, send event-related communications, and improve our services.

5.3 Data Sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments (Razorpay) or as required by law.

6.1 Media Consent: By attending Club Connect events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

6.2 Usage Rights: Club Connect retains the right to use photographs, videos, and audio recordings from events across all media platforms including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.

6.3 Third-Party Media: Professional photographers and videographers may be present at events. By attending, you grant permission for your image and likeness to be captured and used by Club Connect and authorized third parties.

6.4 Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform Club Connect staff at registration or during the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media.

6.5 Personal Recording: Attendees may take photographs for personal use. However, professional recording equipment or commercial photography/videography by attendees requires prior written approval from Club Connect.

6.6 No Compensation: Attendees will not receive compensation for the use of their image or likeness in Club Connect media materials.

6.7 Content Ownership: All official event photography and videography remains the intellectual property of Club Connect. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of official event media is prohibited.

7.1 Limitation of Liability: Club Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event attendance or inability to attend.

7.2 Personal Property: Club Connect is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property during events.

7.3 Health and Safety: Attendees participate in events at their own risk. Club Connect is not liable for any injuries sustained during events.

7.4 Force Majeure: Club Connect is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
